Welcome to Moldova – the beginning of a beautiful adventure!

I am beyond excited to even be considering this, let alone to actually have my friends join me! I feel like my small project can have an impact and we will learn a little bit about the history of a country called Moldova. We will find the story behind Moldovan wines, discover local cuisine that comes in so many different flavours (roll over sarmale –  dish of grape leaves rolled around a filling usually based on minced meat, placinta – traditional pastry resembling a thin, small round shaped cake, usually filled with a soft cheese, zeama – the typical Moldovan chicken soup that cures hangovers as I am sure you will need that after all the winetasting)…
By the way, all these dishes will make more sense after your trip to Moldova 🙂

You will enjoy travelling out of your comfort zone and realise how much more you can explore out there. That is why I am so happy that GoAdventure decided to offer us a very personalised trip, so we’re reducing reliance on traditional tour operators.
